Recruiting is Everyone’s Job

Today I want to talk about recruiting and the importance of employee referrals. In the past 15 months, employee referrals have made up 56% of our hires. This is important because employee referrals:

  • Yield a higher quality employee: They contribute more to the overall success of the company.
  • Ensures a good fit: You know our culture better than anyone.
  • Reduces turnover: Referrals have a built-in sponsor and are already pre-screened.
  • Is more efficient: 12% of referrals are hired vs less than 1% for job sites.
